Photo Recap of November's 2nd Saturday

Trio Lococo

Trio Lococó, November's main event, performed World Music with a Middle Eastern flair, enhanced with Flamenco guitar work and song. The group also plays traditional rhythms from across Latin America and Spain incorporating the Spanish flute, accordion, cajon, tamborello and many other hand percussion instruments. (#18 on the map)

Sandy Stevenson

Sandy Stevenson, the featured artist this month, enjoyed music by the Mad Beggars Band and dinner with her husband. Her artwork can be seen throughout the month of November at location #21 on the 2nd Saturday map.

This award-winning artist paints the sea, coastlines and deserts she encounters in her travels. Her work has been described as luminous, with compelling light and mystery. Stevenson has studied with a number of internationally known artists and has created art in Mexico, Southeast Asia and China.
